RipeStream is a product in development. These terms cover this website, membership sign-up, founding places and invitations. The product itself will have its own terms when there's something to use.

Founding membership

The first 10,000 people to confirm their email become Founding Members, numbered in the order they confirm. Founding status is permanent: it isn't taken away when the founding phase ends, and it can't be bought, sold or transferred. It's free and commits you to nothing. After the 10,000th place is claimed, joining requires an invitation from a member.

Membership today means your place and your invitations. It doesn't yet create a full social account or reserve a username — RipeStream is still being built.

Invitations

Each member gets a set number of invitations per calendar month (currently five). Each code works once, for one person, and expires if unused. Please only invite people you know and who'd want to be here — no posting codes publicly, selling them or trading them. We may withdraw invitations, or remove memberships, created to get around these limits.

What's on this site

This site describes what RipeStream is being designed to do. Features, designs and example content shown here are concepts and illustrations. They may change, or not ship at all. People, communities and posts shown in the concept designs are fictional examples.

Using the site

Please don't submit someone else's email address, or try to abuse, overload or break the sign-up or invitation system.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it.
